Acceptance of waivers limits the renter's liability to the compulsory excesses
as per current brochure. (Subject to change without notice). Should the waiver
be declined, the hirer is responsible for the full value of the vehicle.
Maxirent is strictly a monthly product - vehicle must be used for a minimum of
30 days. No pro-rata billing will be done if a vehicle is returned before
30 days. EXTENSION RATES APPLY WHEN THE RENTER EXTENDS THE RENTAL
BEYOND THE 30 DAYS
