We proudly now offer travellers airport transfers to and from Johannesburg, Cape Town and Durban International Airports. Tempest's airport transfer service to and from airports means that you'll no longer need to struggle organising a lift - especially if your flight arrives during office hours or late at night!

With Tempest Transfers, you can arrange to be picked up outside any of the major airport terminals and dropped off at the address where you will be staying or needing to get to. Whether you're travelling to the airport or being fetched after a long flight, our airport transfer service is the fastest, most convenient way of getting you to your home, office or hotel.

Pick-ups and drop-offs at Airport

Featuring flexible pick-up and drop-off times at highly affordable rates quoted on a per-trip basis, regardless of the amount of passengers per airport transfer, Tempest offers you significant savings.

All airport transfers are done using Toyota Yaris's or equivalent vehicles that are capable of transporting up to three people. Should you require a larger vehicle to transfer up to seven people, you can request an airport transfer in a MPV. Our chauffeurs have undergone advanced driving training and hold valid Public Transfer Drivers Licences, so you can sit back and relax; you'll be in good hands.

Description of Service

This service offers the discerning traveller complete privacy, safety and reliability. You will be met by a dedicated Chauffeur at the designated meeting area. A wide range of vehicles can be selected for this personal service. No other passengers will be transported in the same vehicle.

Terms & Conditions:-

Insurance does not cover personal property.
Chauffeur Drive is VAT exempt.
Rates exclude any accessories i.e. Baby seats and trailers.

Imperial Chauffeur Drive reserves the right to charge a fuel levy should the fuel price exceed R 9.50 per litre.
Rates only valid in JHB,CPT and DBN
A cancellation fee equal to the transfer cost will be charged if the chauffeur has been dispatched. We reserve the right to charge a cancellation handling fee if the chauffeur has not been dispatched.

A surcharge of R100.00 per transfer will apply on all Weekends & Public Holidays.
An after-hour surcharge of R100.00 per transfer will apply between 21h00 - 06h30.
A waiting fee of R150 per hour will apply over and above the applicable transfer rate with a maximum waiting time of 2 hours. This will apply after the first half an hour. Should the chauffeur wait longer than 2 hours, the booking will be changed to an Imperial Chauffeur Drive Flexi drive, with the applicable rates
Multiple Point Activities – an additional transfer is not charged if within 15 kms of the first pick up. If additional stops are required, a 3 hour flexi drive must be quoted or two transfers must be booked.
Rates will be calculated from nearest Depot.

Rates include:-

Vehicle kilometers, fuel and maintenance.
Passenger liability insurance.
Service of a professionally trained chauffeur
Additional services available, prices on request.
